| Talent revitalization is an important factor in implementing rural revitalization strategy and promoting rural development. In a comprehensive view of development situation of rural talents in China,there are still some problems such as the lack of rural subjects, the aging of the population, the low level of talents, etc. As the representative of rural elite group in the new era, new rural talents can inject strong driving force into rural development. Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the development of rural talents in Heyuan Guangdong, this paper sums up practical experience and effect in rural development relying on new rural talents in Heyuan, and probes into ideas of inspiring and guiding new rural talents to promote rural development in the new era. It is proposed to improve the system, strengthen new rural talent team, improve working mechanisms, cultivate the culture of new rural talents in the new era, stimulate the work passion of new rural talents, and constantly innovate service ways, so as to further promote new rural talents to play a greater role in rural revitalization and rural development. |
