      Changing old customs is important breakthrough and main content of rural governance.The key to further carry out the work of changing old customs is to use efficient and scientific rural governance methods. It is proposed to introduce the primary-level governance method of “three governance integration”, encourage the masses to participate in self-governance, accelerate formulation of laws and regulations, build exclusive moral governance brand, clarify internal link of "three governance"and converge multiple governance subjects, etc., so as to exert the greatest effect of “three governance” in the work of changing old customs, form scientific and standardized situation of good governance.
