      Taking financial management specialty of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture for example, this paper analyzes the practice and effect of ordered talent cultivation from the aspect of cultivation objective, cultivation mode, curriculum system and teacher resources. The innovation of talent cultivation mode of “Virtual Era Financial”order class can make full use of the foundation of college education and the advantages of enterprise practice to improve the talent cultivation quality of financial management specialty, which can provide reference for talent cultivation of other colleges.
