      科研导师制是实现高职院校个性化、创新型人才培养目标的重要途径，也是实现职业院校 “三全育人 ”的重要手段。北京农业职业学院动物医学专业在高职人才培养中实践了科研导师制的培养新途径，有效提高了人才培养质量，为职业教育内涵式发展提供借鉴。

      The scientific research tutorial system is not only an important way to realize the goal of individualized and innovative talent cultivation, but also an important means to realize the "three complete education" in higher vocational colleges. The scientific research tutorial system has been preliminarily applied to talent cultivation in veterinary medicine specialty of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture, which effectively improves the quality of talent cultivation and provides reference for the connotation development of vocational education.
