Different doses of terbinafine hydrochloride had a certain effect on blood biochemical indexes such as ALT content, ALKP content, BUN content, PHOS content and Ca content in puppies, and the higher the dose was, the longer the dosing time was, the more serious the chronic injury of terbinafine hydrochloride was. To sum up, the toxicity of terbinafine hydrochloride in the liver and kidney of puppies is chronic and accumulative. In clinical application, it is recommended to take terbinafine hydrochloride orally at 5mg/kg ? d, and continuous administration should not exceed 21 days. |
