      以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)带节茎段为外植体,比较了不同消毒方法、培养基、激素、天然有机添加物对丛生芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响,建立了铁皮石斛茎段无性快繁体系。结果表明:茎段外植体最佳消毒方法为 75% C2H6O 30 s+0.1% HgCl28min,污染率为 24.45%,发芽率为 62.22%;诱导腋芽的最佳激素组合为 2.0 mg·L-16-BA+1.0 mg·L-1NAA,腋芽诱导系数为 1.65;最适合铁皮石斛丛生芽增殖的培养基为 Hyponex2+1.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.5 mg·L-1 NAA+20%香蕉泥,增殖系数为 5.46;最佳生根激素组合为 1.0 mg·L-1NAA+1.0 mg·L-1IBA,生根率为 95%。
英文摘要:
      The asexual rapid propagation system of dendrobium officinale was established by using stem segment as explants, comparing the effects of different disinfection methods, medium, hormones, natural additives on induction, proliferation and rooting of cluster buds. The results show that the best disinfection method for stem segment explants is 75% C2H6O 30s+0.1% HgCl2 8min, the contamination rate is 24.45%, the germination rate is 62.22%. The optimal hormone combination for axillary bud induction is 2.0 mg·L-16-BA+1.0 mg·L-1NAA, the axillary bud induction coefficient is 1.65. Hyponex 2+1.5 mg·L-16-BA+0.5 mg·L-1 NAA+ 20% banana mash is the most suitable medium for the growth of dendrobium officinale buds, the coefficient of growth is 5.46. The optimal rooting hormone combination is 1.0 mg·L-1NAA+1.0 mg·L-1IBA, the rooting rate is 95%.
