| Rural vitalization strategy is a major strategy put forward at the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Issues relating to agriculture, rural areas and rural people are fundamental as they directly concern China's stability and people's livelihood. By vigorously implementing rural vitalization strategy, Changping District in Beijing has made some progress in the construction of beautiful rural areas. In the eighth plenary session of the fifth session in Changping District in 2019, it is further proposed to strengthen construction of ecological civilization, overall implementation of rural revitalization strategy. However, in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in Changping District, there are some problems that the development of rural industry lacks impetus, the construction of ecological livability is weak, the reserve of rural vitalization talents is insufficient, the governance of grassroots organizations is difficult, and so on. Through investigation, this paper analyzes five aspects of ecological livability, industrial development, talent cultivation, cultural revitalization and organizational revitalization. Therefore, it puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to deepen industrial integration, improve living environment, promote rural organizations revitalization, strengthen primary-level governance and improve supporting facilities. |
