      高职院校专任教师发展是国家职业教育发展二十条“三教”改革的重要内容。专任教师发展“双链”的构建是高职院校建设内涵,打造特色的重要媒介,以课程思政为切入点,提升教师专业素养,以社会实践为落脚点,提升教师能力素质,培育契合高职教育特征的师资队伍。
英文摘要:
      The development of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important part of National Plan for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform. This paper puts forward that the "double chain" construction of full-time teacher development is the connotation of higher vocational college and an important medium of creating characteristics. It takes the integration of ideological and political and courses as the starting point to improve teachers' professional quality, and takes social practice as the foothold to improve teachers' ability and quality, so as to cultivate teachers that fit the characteristics of higher vocational education.
