      高等学校作为人文素质教育的主要阵地和培养主体,对提升学生的人文素养发挥着重要的作用,然而在高等职业教育实际礼仪教学中,仍存在着对学生人文素养的培育缺乏重视等现象。教育工作者在实际教学中应重视礼仪课程的建设、改革和丰富礼仪教学的方法和手段、提升师资队伍建设、塑造校园人文环境,加强和提高学生的人文素养。
英文摘要:
      As the main position and training subject of humanistic education, colleges and universities play an important role in improving students' humanistic quality.However in the actual etiquette teaching at higher vocational schools, there is still a lack of attention to the cultivation of students' humanistic qualities. In the actual teaching educators should attach importance to the construction of etiquette curriculum, reform etiquette teaching, enrich teaching methods and means, improve the construction of teaching staff, and shape the campus human environment, in order to strengthen and improve the humanistic quality of students.
