      美丽乡村建设是美丽中国建设的重要一环，研究意义重大。以扬州市江都区樊川镇作为研究对象，采用 SWOT分析法，结合樊川镇美丽乡村建设的现状，分析建设过程中存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，研究樊川镇美丽乡村建设中存在的问题及原因，并从乡村建设的顶层设计、内生动力、文化产业、组织管理机制四方面探索解决之策。

      Beautiful rural construction is an important part of the construction of beautiful China, which is of great significance . This paper takes Fanchuan town in Jiangdu district of Yangzhou city as research object, adopts SWOT analysis method, and combines the current situation of Fanchuan Town's beautiful rural construction, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the construction process, and studies the problems and reasons of Fanchuan Town's beautiful rural construction. Solutions are explored from the top level of rural construction design, internal dynamics, cultural industry and organizational management mechanism.
