Mortgage financing of the right to rural land contractual management is an important measure to activate rural stock assets and increase farmers' income. It is also a strategic choice to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the integration of urban and rural development. Restricted by many factors, mortgage financing of the right to rural land contractual management is faltering. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the effective ways to realize the mortgage financing of the right to rural land contractual management in China from the aspects of the reform of rural property rights system, the construction of supporting mechanism and the revision of laws and regulations. |
