以我国常用于生物防治天牛类和吉丁类蛀干害虫的几种肿腿蜂为研究对象,利用 Dnaman及 Mega5.1等生物学软件对其进行分子系统学研究,结果显示,哈氏肿腿蜂 1与管氏肿腿蜂的 406 bp COI的基因序列,两者的相似性仅为 93.84%,明显为两个不同种。系统发育结果显示,管氏肿腿蜂与川硬皮肿腿蜂亲缘关系最近,形成一个姊妹群,松褐天牛肿腿蜂与其他肿腿蜂的亲缘关系较远,为分化较早的种类。但是硬皮肿腿蜂种类没有按照采集地的地理位置聚类。 |

Currently the Sclerodermus (Hymenoptera:Bethylidae) that parasitize Buprestid and Cerambycid Beetles was used as main insect natural enemies to control the longhorned beetle in China. Phylogeny was analyzed using Dnaman and Mega5.1,the results showed that the sequence similarity between Sclerodermus harmandi and Sclerodermus guani was 93.84% in 406 bp of COI partial sequence gene. So Sclerodermus harmandi and Sclerodermus guani was obviously two different species. The phylogenetic results showed that S. guani and S. sichuanensisclustered together,formed a sister group. But Sclerodermus sp. and other Sclerodermus species were clustered separately. It might be an early differentiation species. But Sclerodermus spp. was not clustered together with the collection location. |
