| Changing customs is an important part of local custom civilization and a powerful driving force for rural revitalization. Changing customs creates a civilized and harmonious social and cultural environment for rural revitalization, provides correct spiritual and cultural guidance, and strengthens farmers' ideological and moral awareness and cultural literacy. The 2018 Central Committee No. 1 Document proposes four specific tasks: strengthening rural ideological and moral construction; Inheriting and developing the excellent rural traditional culture; improving public culture in rural areas and carrying out a campaign to change customs. Transforming social traditions under the new situation, our country is still facing three major difficulties:the absence of local government functions, the main consciousness of farmers being weak, and the rural culture and education being backward. So we must break through traditional pattern of thinking, take the ideology, regime guarantee, multiple measures as foothold, make the socialism core values as the guide, get the talents back to village, enhance the farmer’s enthusiasm, strengthen farmer’s education, improve the cultural infrastructure, govern villages by law, perfect the mechanism of rewards and punishments etc. In a word, it needs taking multiple methods and measures to promote the rural revitalization. |
