      为有效测度特色产业地区的扶贫效益，以“世界名果县，区域明星县 ”南丰县蜜桔产业为例，从经济社会发展、产业带动发展、产业扶贫参与程度、环境效益、减贫效果五个方面构建了产业精准扶贫绩效评价体系。运用层次分析法得出各指标体系权重，并通过加权分别计算出产业扶贫前后扶贫绩效的评价值。对比发现，南丰蜜桔产业从多个方面对当地贫困问题具有很大改善作用，同时，也存在经营主体产业带动不强，参与程度不深等问题。

英文摘要:

      In order to effectively measure the benefit of poverty alleviation in areas with characteristic industries, taking the "world famous fruit county and regional star county" as an example, the paper constructs an evaluation system for the effect of targeted poverty alleviation in the industry from five aspects: economic and social development, industrial driving development, industrial participation in poverty alleviation, environmental benefit and poverty reduction effect. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to get the weight of each index system, and the evaluation value of the effect before and after industrial poverty alleviation is calculated. By comparison, it is found that Nanfeng honey orange industry has a great improvement effect on local poverty problems from multiple aspects, and at the same time, there are also problems such as weak driving force and low participation degree of main business industry.
