      职业教育的最终目的是培养满足企业需求的高素质技术技能型人才。深入研究北京农业职业学院汽车检测与维修专业在现代学徒制下的“校企双师”教学改革与实践过程中涉及的双师组成、教学内容、教学过程、教学手段和评价考核等方面，将有助于总结和反思教学改革效果。实践证明，现代学徒制下，“校企双师”授课不仅可以提高教学改革的先进性和实用性，而且对提高学生实践技能水平具有重要的作用，能够满足社会对技术技能型人才的需求。

      The ultimate goal of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality, skilled, compound and applied talents to meet the demand of enterprise. This paper introduces the practical process of the teaching reform and practice of "school-enterprise double-teacher" in automobile inspection and maintenance specialty under the modern apprenticeship system, including the composition of double- teacher, teaching content, teaching process, teaching method and evaluation, and analyses the effect of "school-enterprise double-teacher" teaching. Practice has proved that under the modern apprenticeship system, the teaching of "school-enterprise double-teacher" can not only improve teaching reform, but also plays an important role in improving the level of students 'practical skills, and meets the needs of technical talents.
