The rapid development of life science has impacted tremendously on human life,
which make many educators rethink the orientation and value of biology curriculum. In this
paper, the “Interesting Life Science” is introduced into the cultivation project of the advanced
technical and skilled talents, which intends to cultivate students' life science literacy. Based on
the knowledge needs and cognitive level of the students in our college, and combined with the
hot spots in life sciences, an expansive theoretical course is offered, which can expand students'
biological vision, and improve their social responsibility by actively paying attention to the
relationship between life science and social development. An interesting inquiry experiment
course has been also designed, which can make students establish a rigorous scientific
attitude and improve their experimental skills. The multi-dimensional assessment of students'
comprehensive quality is conducive to the harmonious development of students. |
