      党校培训工作以党员干部为主要教育对象，以党性培养为主要教育内容，以为党和人民培养合格的领导干部为主要目的，是党员干部接受继续教育的主要途径与方法。党校管理者必须狠抓党性教育这个关键点，深入开展教育管理工作，塑造党员良好的精神面貌，培养优秀的高素养党员干部。党校学员管理需从学员的日常培训管理入手，探索学员管理的一般规律，总结出有利于扎实做好党校学员管理工作的策略，为广大党校管理者提供有效的参考，丰富和发展党校学员管理理论。

      Training in Communist Party of China Party schools is a main approach and methodology for Party members and cadres to accept continuing education. Trainees will get their mindset nurtured and uplifted, ability sharpened here. Therefore the difference between the Party School training and other forms of education is that the Party school makes Party members and cadres as its main receivers of education, Party spirits as its main content of education, producing qualified leaders and cadres for the people as its ultimate purpose of the training. Management of the Party schools should take serious consideration to the key point of Party spirits education, carry out in-deep management of education and build up good attitudes and spirits out of the Party members, produce qualified Party members and cadres with good qualities. This paper starts with the regular management of trainees in Party schools, discusses the general patterns for management of trainees in Party schools, and seeks the working tactics that better serves the management of trainees in Party school. It hopes that this paper can be taken as an effective reference for colleagues of other Party schools and enrich the theories and patterns for management of trainees in Party schools.
