      Taking “Arranging of the Opening Ceremony of Festival Activities” as an example, this paper puts forward to the instructional design ideas and instructional strategies based on the professional task in information environment, and expounds organization and implementation of teaching before, during and after class. It finally summarizes the teaching effects and emphasizes some notes that should be paid attention to in instructional design.
