      In the key period of promoting low-income farmers to go rich in Beijing, based on the advantages of professional talents and scientific research resources, Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture plays an important role in the social service functions, and offers the targeted poverty alleviation for low-income villages in suburbs of Beijing. The targeted poverty alleviation mainly depends on “project-driving method” and “science and technology leading method”, as a result, it has trained many first-line skilled and service personnel, and solve the industrial problems for them.
