      在我国农业现代化、城镇化过程中，急需培育壮大新型农业经营主体，在农业领域创业的青年群体是其重要成员。通过对江苏地区农业领域青年创业现状的调查，归纳出在农业领域青年创业过程中普遍存在土地流转、资金、产品销售等方面的问题，并针对这些问题提出了优化农业创业环境的对策建议。

      In the process of agricultural modernization and urbanization in China, it is urgent to cultivate and strengthen new agricultural management, and the youth groups who start businesses in agriculture are important members. Based on the investigation of the current situation of youth entrepreneurship in the agricultural field in Jiangsu Province, this paper summarizes the common problems in the process of youth entrepreneurship in the agricultural field, such as the aspects of land transformation, capital sources, product sales, etc., and puts forward to countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the environment of agricultural entrepreneurship.
