| China has a vast territory. There is a big gap in the level of economic
development between the eastern and western regions, the central and western regions,
the northeastern and western regions. In the process of implementing the strategy of rural
revitalization, districts and counties in Chongqing are affected by regime restrictions, natural
resources, development opportunities and other factors, such as lack of overall planning,
single industrial structure, serious brain drain and so on. In view of the predicament of
the development of districts and counties in Chongqing, the Fuling District is taken as the
research case, and the successful experience of rural construction at home and abroad is used
for reference. From the aspects of spatial layout, industrial integration and innovative talent
mechanism, the concrete and feasible rural revitalization plan is formulated for districts and
counties in Chongqing. |
