      随着土地托管这种新兴的土地运转模式在我国的逐渐发展，土地全托管方式受到了高度重视。在分析辽宁省农机合作社的土地全托管增收的实体案例的基础上，文章总结了土地全托管模式在实施过程中具有提高产量、保障粮食安全、保护环境等优点，也存在着资金、人才、环境、市场风险和种植选择等制约因素，进而提出了政策扶持、农业保险、技能培训等方面的相关建议。

      With the gradual development of the new land operation mode of land trusteeship in China, the land trusteeship mode has been great paid attention to. Through the analysis of the real case of the land trusteeship of Liaoning Agricultural Machinery Cooperative, this paper summarizes the advantages of the land trusteeship model in the process of implementation, such as increasing production, ensuring food security and protecting the environment. However, there are some restrictive factors, such as capital, talent, environmental and market risks, planting choices etc. Finally, some suggestions on the policy support, agriculture insurance and skill training and so on have been put forward in this paper.
