      With the main function of ecological service, the ecological conservation areas have some great significances to revitalize the villages in Beijing. It is necessary to use differentiated industrial, investment, tax and land policies to promote the local industrial revitalization. Through establishing the education, training, talent development system, it can promote the talent revitalization; through constructing the ethical culture system and behavior norms, and integrated development of culture and industry, it can promote cultural revitalization; through perfecting the ecological compensation function, and establishing the trading system on ecological capital and services, it can promote ecological revitalization; through strengthening the CCP’s leadership at grass-roots level, optimizing the rural governance system, and establishing independent supervision system in villages, it can promote the organization revitalization.
