      以12种常见月季品种作为试验材料,研究了不同月季品种最适合的压制方法,针对其中5种容易发生色变的月季品种研究其保色方法,筛选出这5种月季品种的最佳保色剂配方。结果表明:本试验选用的月季品种最佳压制方法为干燥板压花器压制,最佳保色方法是浸泡法,结论为: ‘明星’(Rose 'Star')最佳保色剂:3%柠檬酸+硫酸镁(MgSO4); ‘绯扇’(Rose 'Fei Shan')最佳保色剂:6%草酸; ‘果汁’(Rose 'Guo Zhi')最佳保色剂:1%柠檬酸; ‘俏佳人’(Rose 'Qiao Jia Ren')最佳保色剂:3%柠檬酸;‘肯尼迪’(Rose 'JFK')最佳保色剂:1%柠檬酸+硫酸镁(MgSO4)。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the most suitable pressing methods for different Rose chinensis varieties,this study was using twelve varieties of Rose chinensis as the subjects,which are common in the market.The method of color-keeping was studied for five Rose chinensis varieties which were prone to color change, and the best color-keeping scheme for five rose varieties was screened out.The results showed that the best pressing method of Rose chinensis varieties selected in this experiment was drying plate, and the best color-keeping method was soaking method.The conclusion was that the best color-keeping agents of the five varieties were:varieties of Rose 'Star' was 3% citric acid + magnesium sulfate(MgSO 4 );varieties of Rose 'Fei Shan' was 6% oxalic acid; varieties of Rose 'Guo Zhi' was 1% citric acid;varieties of Rose 'Qiao Jia Ren' was 3% citric acid; varieties of Rose 'JFK' was 1% citric acid + magnesium sulfate(MgSO 4 ).
