云南省特色小镇建设的现状和对策研究——基于105个特色小镇调研报告

      在供给侧结构性改革背景下，特色小镇已成为了经济升级转型的新业态，云南省结合自身区位、资源禀赋等特点，积极推进特色小镇建设，基于105个特色小镇的调研报告发现，其中大多存在着投资主体未落实或实力不强、规划方向和定位有偏差、产业特色性不足、产业链灵活性差、资金缺口大以及融资平台不完善、政策不明确等问题。为此，提出投资主体应更完善、规划应更为合理、产业应更具特色等建议。

      Under the background of supply-side structural reforms, characteristic towns have become a new type of economic transformation and upgrading.Yunnan has actively promoted the construction of characteristic towns based on its own location and resource endowments and so on. Based on 105 characteristics towns investigation reports, it's found that many of them have problems such as unfulfilled or weakly invested entities, deviations in planning direction and positioning, lack of industrial characteristics, poor industrial chain flexibility, large funding gaps, imperfect financing platforms, and unclear policies. According to existing problems, we put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide references for the construction of characteristic towns.
