| From the report of the 16th party congress clearly putting forward the "urban
and rural areas as a whole" to the report of the 19th party congress explicitly proposing the
"urban-rural integration" development, the new direction for urban and rural development
and roads were pointed out .Carding on the basis of existing literature, four groups "pairing
between urban and rural areas" indicators of the differences of urbanization level, binary
contrast degree, residents' income difference between urban and rural areas, urban and rural
residents engel's coefficient of difference degree were selected by using principal component
analysis (pca) on the level of urban-rural integration of Fuling district district from 2000
to 2016, a comprehensive appraisal was made. The comparison of the level of urban-rural
integration between Chongqing and Fuling district was made. The results showed that: binary
contrast difference degree was higher, the urban and rural industrial development were not
harmonious,farmers' income was lower, the income gap between urban and rural areas was
larger. Combining with the report of the 19th party congress which put forward to implement
the strategy of "rural revitalization", we should adjust measures to local conditions, perfect
the mechanism of urban and rural integration development system,focus on the integration
development, accelerate the process of agricultural modernization, promote rural revitalization
development. |
