      以金叶白蜡扦插苗为试验材料，分析不同扦插基质、扦插时期、植物生长调节剂种类、ABT 1 号浸泡浓度及浸泡时间对苗木成活和生根情况的影响。结果表明:扦插基质以草炭土+细河沙+珍珠岩(体积比 1:1:2)成活率、生根数和根长最高，分别为75%、9.1条和8.13 cm；最佳扦插时期是3月和6月，扦插成活率70%以上，300 mg·L- 1 ABT 1号浸泡插穗基部30 min的处理效果最佳，成活率70%以上，由此建立了金叶白蜡以苗繁苗技术体系。

英文摘要:

      Using Fraxinus chinensis‘Jinyebaila’cuttings as test material，the effect of different media，cutting periods，plant growth regulator type，treatment with different concentration and time of ABT 1 were studied. The results showed that: the suitable medium for cutting of Fraxinus chinensis‘Jinyebaila’ was the matrix of peat soil + fine river sand + perlite (volume ratio 1:1:2)．The survial rate，rooting number and root lengthwere 75%，9.1and 8.13 cm respectively. The appropriate cutting period was in March and June，the survial rate is up to 70%.The better plant growth regulator treatment for cutting base was soaked by 300mg·L-1 of ABT 1 for 30 min，and the survial rate was up to 75%.
