| Using the scale MBTI（MBTI-G) ,we designed the questionnaire by ourselves ,
investigated the counselor's personality trait of six higher vocational colleges in Beijing, we concluded
that higher vocational college counselor's typical MBTI type was the ESFJ. We discussed the differences
between the male and the female counselor's personality type, talked about the personality trait ofe xcellent
counselors, in order to provide the reference about selecting the counselor, counselor job allocation and
personal development. |
