      运用MBTI人格类型量表(MBTI-G)和自编调查问卷，对北京地区六所高职院校辅导员进行人格特征调查，得出高职院校辅导员典型MBTI类型为ESFJ，继而探讨了男、女辅导员人格类型的差异，提出了相应的管理建议，并为选拔辅导员、辅导员工作分配及个人发展提供参考。

      Using the scale MBTI（MBTI-G) ,we designed the questionnaire by ourselves , investigated the counselor's personality trait of six higher vocational colleges in Beijing, we concluded that higher vocational college counselor's typical MBTI type was the ESFJ. We discussed the differences between the male and the female counselor's personality type, talked about the personality trait ofe xcellent counselors, in order to provide the reference about selecting the counselor, counselor job allocation and personal development.
