高校“双创”教育改革的活动正在深入开展,教师在“双创”人才培养过程中起着重要的作用,在双创教育的驱动下,迫切需要建设一支既掌握学科前沿动态、又具有丰富实践经验的高素质师资队伍。目前我国高校“双创”教育师资整体水平较低,尽快建立起一支高水平、高素质的教师队伍是高校开展“双创”教育的首要任务。本文首先分析了我国高校“双创”教育师资队伍的建设现状,指出河南省高校“双创”教育师资队伍建设存在的问题,并给出相应的改进建议。 |

At present, the education reform had begun in the major colleges and universities,
teachers played a decisive role in the process of training innovation and entrepreneurship talent. Under
the driving of innovation and entrepreneurship education, it was urgent to build a high quality teaching
staff who had both the dynamic and practical experience. At present, the college teachers' overall level of
innovation and entrepreneurship education was low in our country. It was the primary task of carrying
out the innovation and entrepreneurship education to establish a high level, high-quality teachers team
as soon as possible in colleges and universities. This paper analyzed the construction present situation of
teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, pointed out teachers' construction
problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Henan colleges and universities, and gave the
corresponding improving suggestions. |
