      目前,北京市农民合作者职业经理人的培育还存在几个问题,包括对职业经理人的重要性认识不够、缺乏留住职业经理人的条件、缺乏培训考核规范、体制机制不健全。因此,要制定科学的顶层规划,出台配套的扶持政策,建立灵活的流动机制,提供合理的待遇保障。

      On the basis of discussing the qualities of professional managers of farmer cooperatives, this paper analyzed the main problems and put forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the professional managers for farmer cooperatives in Beijing. First, it was to make a scientific top-level plan. Second, it was to introduce supporting policies. Third, it was to establish a flexible flow mechanism.
