By means of the statistical data from China statistical yearbook and shaanxi
statistical yearbook, aggregated advantage indices were employed to empirical analysis on the
scale advantage indices, efficiency advantage indices, and aggregated advantage indices of
18 tea producing provinces in China, the competitiveness level of tea production in Shaanxi
was analyzed quantitatively. The results indicated that compared with national average level,
Shaanxi tea production was of obvious scale advantage, efficiency advantage and aggregated
advantage was weaker. On this basis, five limiting factors and five developmental advantages of
tea production competitiveness in Shaanxi were analyzed, it made such policy proposals as, to play
government functions, to promote scientific and technological innovation, to speed up the process
of standardization, to pay attention to brand building, to strengthening quality control, to excavating
tea culture, and so on. |
