      以中国统计年鉴和陕西统计年鉴数据为基础,采用综合比较优势指数法,通过对我国18个产茶省份茶叶的规模优势指数、效率优势指数和综合优势指数的实证分析,定量分析了陕西茶叶产业的竞争力水平。结果表明:与全国平均水平相比,陕西茶叶规模优势明显、效率优势和综合优势较弱。在此基础上,分析了陕西茶叶产业竞争力的5大制约因素和5大发展优势,并提出了发挥政府职能、创新科技驱动、加快标准化进程、重视品牌建设、强化质量控制、挖掘茶文化等建议。
英文摘要:
      By means of the statistical data from China statistical yearbook and shaanxi statistical yearbook, aggregated advantage indices were employed to empirical analysis on the scale advantage indices, efficiency advantage indices, and aggregated advantage indices of 18 tea producing provinces in China, the competitiveness level of tea production in Shaanxi was analyzed quantitatively. The results indicated that compared with national average level, Shaanxi tea production was of obvious scale advantage, efficiency advantage and aggregated advantage was weaker. On this basis, five limiting factors and five developmental advantages of tea production competitiveness in Shaanxi were analyzed, it made such policy proposals as, to play government functions, to promote scientific and technological innovation, to speed up the process of standardization, to pay attention to brand building, to strengthening quality control, to excavating tea culture, and so on.
