| The study on the female village cadres from Fujian province reveals that,they
are rational about cognition of political participation and confident in themselves. Besides, they
are experienced and have a strong sense of self-efficacy. But there are still some difficulties,
so as lacking of money , role reversal, gender prejudice and sustainable development problem
for lack of successors. It is advised that they should enhance the ability to perform their
duties, build a communication platform, to enhance self-support, establish the honor system
to stimulate females’ political enthusiasm and create a pattern of propaganda to cultivate the
advanced gender culture. |
