      大力培育新型农业经营主体，金融支持是关键动力。目前，浙江省出台了相关金融政策、金融服务来支持新型农业经营主体的培育，但存在金融支持政策不完善、融资贷款缺乏足值抵押物、农业保险制度不完善、农业信息不对称等问题，因此，要从完善金融支农政策、创新农村金融、提升发展新型农业经营主体金融人才、创新新型农业经营主体融资渠道、建立农业金融综合信息数据共享平台等方面入手来支持新型农业经营主体的培育。

      Financial support is the key driving force to cultivate new types of agricultural management entities. At present, relevant financial policies and financial services have been introduced to support the cultivation of new agricultural management entities in Zhejiang province. However, there are many problems such as imperfect financial support policies, lack of sufficient collateral for financing loans, imperfect agricultural insurance system and asymmetric agricultural information. Therefore, to improve the financial support for agriculture, rural financial innovation, promote the development of new agricultural business entities of financial talents, innovation of new agricultural business entities financing channels, the establishment of agricultural comprehensive financial information data sharing platform and other aspects to support the cultivation of new agricultural business entities.
