      农业是国民经济重要的产业部门，为支撑国民经济建设与发展提供基础产品。农业是基础产业，也是弱势产业，社会经济的发展离不开农业的稳定和发展。因此，世界各国政府都会通过农业补贴政策来支持农业的发展。近期国外农业补贴政策方面的研究文献表明，发达国家的研究重点集中在理论研究和经验分析两个方面，发展中国家的研究重点在农业补贴政策的影响和作用方面，二者对于中国农业补贴政策的研究发展都具有重要意义，值得借鉴学习。

英文摘要:

      Agriculture is an important sector of the national economy, which provides basic products to support the construction and development of the national economy. Agriculture is a basic industry, as the same time it is a weak industry. The development of social economy depends on the stability and development of agriculture. Therefore, governments all over the world will support the development of agriculture through agricultural subsidy policy. The recent research literature in the foreign agricultural subsidy policy has shown that the developed countries focus on two aspects: theoretical research and empirical analysis, and the focus of research in developing countries focuses on the impact and role of agricultural subsidy policy. Both have great significance to the research and development of China's agricultural subsidy policy
