      在中国经济发展进入新常态的背景下，金融创新和金融市场不断发展，其中各种金融工具、融资方式发生着日新月异的变化。在分析当前高职金融人才面临的新机遇和新挑战的基础上，结合招聘网站整理了互联网金融背景下对高职金融人才的新需求，具体包括岗位及职责，最后提出几点建议，以期为当前高职金融专业制定人才培养方案及设置相关课程提供参考。

      Based on the background of China's economic development into the new normal, financial innovation and financial markets continue to develop, including a variety of financial instruments, financing methods are also changing with each passing day. This paper analyzes the new challenges facing the current financial talents in higher vocational education, and then found out the new demand of the graduate of higher vocational financial specialty combined with the recruiting website, including the mutual positions and responsibilities, and finally put forward some suggestions. So as to provide a reference for the current higher vocational financial professionals to develop personnel training programs and related courses.
