      物流成本在电商企业的运营成本中占据着较大的比重，有效降低物流成本是电子商务企业的“第三利润源泉”。电商企业物流成本高的原因，主要有信息化程度低、相关法规和制度不够完善、消费者购买决策失误等。针对这些问题，提出了控制和降低电商企业物流成本的针对性建议:优化电商企业物流各环节的局部成本、加快物流信息化建设、改进电商企业物流成本的核算方法等。

      Logistics costs accounted for a larger proportion of the operating costs of the e-commerce enterprise, effectively reducing the cost of logistics is the third profit source of e-commerce enterprises. The reason for the high logistics cost of e-commerce enterprises mainly the low degree of informatization, the imperfection of related laws and regulations, the failure of consumers' purchase decision, etc. Aiming at these problems, it put forward targeted suggestions of optimizing the local part of the cost of logistics, speeding up the construction of logistics information and improving the e-commerce enterprise's logistics cost accounting and so on, for controlling and reducing the e-commerce enterprise's logistics cost.
