      Beijing Little Donkey Farm is a result of Beijing municipal urbanization,which is a counter-urbanization phenomenon.As the industry-university-research base of Renmin University of China, Little Donkey Farm achieved a certain degree of development based on the university's intellectual resources.However, it also encountered problems such as talent loss,land use conflict,lack of funds and agricultural technology,isolated from other farms etc.,which demands a practical development strategy.
