| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的飞速发展,大城市的农业在表现形态和功能内涵上都发生了根本性的变化.在我国沿海和发达地区的大城市,一种新的农业形态--"都市农业"逐渐形成.根据京郊城市化的要求,北京市提出了以"拓展京郊农业功能,改善首都生态环境,建设都市农业"为目标,建设"三大体系",构筑"三道屏障",发展"六种农业",调整农业结构的战略举措.以国内外都市农业建设的基本理论与实践经验为指导,进一步加快京郊的农业结构调整,对北京市率先基本实现现代化具有重要的意义.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy society, there appear essential changes on the exhibition form and the function intension of agriculture in big cities. In some big cities along the ocean and among the developed areas of China, there formed inch by inch a new agriculture shape, namely, urban agriculture. According to the demand of urbanization for the suburb, Beijing puts forward the aims of increasing its agriculture function, improving the environment of capital and building the urban agriculture. To realize these aims, Beijing forwards the tactic move of building "three systems", constructing "three barriers", developing "six agricultures" and adjusting the agriculture industrial structure. In order to take the lead basically in realizing the agriculture modernization, it is important for Beijing to study the basic theory and practice experience of building urban agriculture in overseas, and quicken further the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure in the suburb of Beijing. |
